Keep selling when the line goes down

There’s nothing to do. Each sale is saved on the device first and sent by itself when the line comes back.

What actually happens

Your products, prices and customers are already on the device. Scanning, searching and taking payment never wait for a server.

The receipt prints, the drawer opens and the customer leaves, all without the internet.

When it comes back

The queue sends itself in the order the sales happened. Stock and the day summary catch up on their own.

  1. Open F10 Settings and look at the sync status: it shows how many sales are still waiting.
  2. If the server refuses something, it’s kept for an owner to review, never quietly dropped.
